Coaching Supervision Reflect on your experiences and create new understanding

For coaches, counsellors, OD professionals and change teams, supervision is an important aspect of professional and ethical practice. Liz provides one-to-one and group supervision that enables you to maintain your professional coaching accreditation. As an Ashridge accredited coach, Liz receives regular supervision herself. Through her own experiences of supervision, she knows that it is easier to reflect with someone who is listening attentively and asking questions that help you think and see a situation in new ways. In her role as a supervisor, she provides a supportive and safe space for reflection, rejuvenation and learning.
