Blue Morph

Liz Wiggins About Liz

Working with individuals, teams and organisations for over 30 years, Liz has held numerous leadership roles and believes that change doesn’t have to mean dozens of expensive management consultants. That’s why she created Blue Morph. Based on Liz’s passion for helping others to see themselves or their situation differently – and translating that into practical action – Blue Morph designs light touch, high impact interventions tailored to your situation and your needs.

Whether she’s working in a group setting or one-on-one, Liz is warm, engaging and approachable. As a well-respected academic and writer, she has an extensive knowledge of change theory and psychological research, and a knack for translating this into practical everyday speak. An excellent listener who asks the incisive, and often challenging, questions that need to be asked, Liz can quickly get to the heart of any issue. It’s what has earned her a reputation for being a tough angel, and what makes her so good at what she does.

Liz's Career
